BOOK YOUR TOUR
IN 5 EASY STEPS:
1)
Browse
our websites and choose your preferred Turkey tour(s) from our
selection of
package tours and / or day trips.
2)
Use the Contact Us Form
on the website or email us to request your
tour.
Send us all your necessary information including Tour Name and Code,
Traveler Name(s), Tour Start and End Dates, Arrival / Departure and / or Pick-up
/ Drop-off Information etc. This will serve as your tour
request email.
3)
Once
your tour reservation request is received
we will prepare a detailed itinerary
for your review and email it
to you with a payment form which will include details on the deposit
payment required to book the tour and the total tour price. Your
tour itinerary can be tailor-made as per your specific requirements.
Note:
A 30% deposit on total tour price is
required to book all package tours and confirm your reservation. The remaining
balance can be paid upon your arrival in Turkey in cash or by using the
MasterCard or Visa credit cards only. A 4% processing fee is applied to the
remaining balance if a credit card is used.
4)
When your tour itinerary is finalized with final tour price
please fill out the payment deposit form with all required
information including Full Names of all Travelers as found in their passports,
Credit Card information for deposit payment, Tour Start Date, Nationality of Traveler(s), Contact Information including email address and telephone number
etc. You will be required to sign the payment form to authorize
OneNation Travel
to charge your credit card to book the tour for you.
Note:
Please read the cancellation and refund policy stated in the payment form to
understand the company policies. Your signature on the payment form represents
your agreement and adherence to the policies of OneNation Travel.
5)
Send
us your filled out payment
form via email or fax. Once we
have received your form, we will book your tour and send a
confirmation email within 3 business days. If your tour includes
domestic air travel, flight tickets will be bought and e-ticket
numbers will be provided in your tour confirmation email. Bus
tickets and any tour related information as applicable will be
provided to you upon your arrival in Turkey.
Your tour is now confirmed
with OneNation Travel.
All services will be given as per the agreed upon final tour itinerary.
