How can I book a tour with All Istanbul Tours?
Choose your tour, travel date and number of travelers, then complete the booking form. The tour page and checkout show the payment amount required for your selection; some tours require full payment. Available online payment methods are shown at checkout, and payments are processed in Euros (EUR). Under our booking terms, a 5% processing fee applies when the remaining balance is paid by credit or debit card.
What currency are All Istanbul Tours’s tour prices listed in?
When you make a payment using your credit card, the amount will be charged in Euros by All Istanbul Tours. Please note that your bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your card is not based in Euros. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing All Istanbul Tours.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Notify All Istanbul Tours at least 5 days before the tour starts for a cancellation or date-change request. For requests received at least 5 days before departure, non-refundable flight and bus ticket costs are deducted from the paid balance. Requests received less than 5 days before departure, and no-shows, are non-refundable. Please read our Booking Terms & Conditions for the complete policy.
