Itinerary
Pamukkale Hot Air Balloon Flight
Begin your day with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Pamukkale or Karahayit. Upon arrival at the launch site, watch the balloons being prepared and enjoy a one-hour flight over the stunning Pamukkale Travertines and the ancient city of Hierapolis, taking in the incredible panoramic views.
After landing, celebrate with a traditional post-flight ceremony and receive your flight certificate. You’ll then be transferred back to your hotel. End of the tour and service.

Good to know
- Pick-up will be scheduled between 6:00 and 7:00 AM, depending on your hotel location in Pamukkale. The flight duration is approximately 60 minutes, though it may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once your tour is confirmed, we will provide the exact pick-up and drop-off times.

The hot air balloon ride operates in optimum weather conditions. The decision for the flight to take off on any given day is decided by the local government at the last minute depending on weather conditions to ensure passenger safety.
If your paid and scheduled hot air balloon ride gets cancelled by the tour company at the last minute for weather conditions, we will provide you with a refund of €250.00 for the hot air balloon ride if you have it booked with us.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you need to cancel or change your travel dates, you must notify All Istanbul Tours at least 5 days before the tour starts. For a cancellation or date-change request received at least 5 days before the tour starts, the cost of all non-refundable flight and bus tickets will be deducted from the paid balance. For a cancellation or date-change request received less than 5 days before the tour starts, the full amount paid is non-refundable. If a traveler does not appear for the booked service, the reservation is treated as a no-show and the full amount paid is non-refundable.
