
This tour is a full-day Pamukkale Day Trip from Denizli Airport to Pamukkale and Hierapolis, with airport pick-up based on your flight schedule and return transfer around 5:00 pm. After meeting your English-speaking guide, the route begins at the Karahayit red springs before entering Hierapolis from the North Gate.
The visit covers the Necropolis, Bath and Basilica, Frontinius Gate, Frontinius Street, Latrina, Northern Byzantine Gate, Fountain of the Tritons, Temple of Apollon, and the Theatre of Hierapolis. There is free time for the optional Cleopatra Antique Thermal Pool, paid on-site, then time to walk barefoot on the white Travertines. Lunch and listed site entrance fees are included.
(Pick-up from Denizli Airport depends on your flight schedule; ideally from 7:00 – 9:00 am). Upon arrival at Denizli Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Pamukkale. In Pamukkale, you will meet your professional tour guide to begin your full-day tour.
Your tour starts around 10:00 am with a visit to the **red springs in the village of Karahayit**. Then, you will enter Hierapolis from the North Gate and explore historical sites including the Necropolis, Bath and Basilica, Frontinius Gate, Frontinius Street, Latrina, Northern Byzantine Gate, Fountain of the Tritons, and the Temple of Apollon.
You will be given free time to swim in the Cleopatra Antique Thermal Pool (entrance fee not included). The tour continues with a visit to the well-preserved Theatre of Hierapolis.
Finally, enjoy time exploring the famous white calcium terraces at the Travertines, also known as the Cotton Castle. Take photos and enjoy walking barefoot through the mineral-rich waters.
