3-Day Private Tour of Pamukkale and Ephesus from Istanbul

You will take a late afternoon or late evening flight (depending on availability) from Istanbul to Denizli. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Pamukkale. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, You will be picked up from your hotel around 9:30 am to start the full-day tour of Pamukkale & Hierapolis. In Pamukkale, you will see the Cotton Cliffs, one of the natural wonders of the world formed by deposits of calcareous salts.

Also visit the ancient ruins of the City of Hierapolis with its basilica, theatre, and Roman Baths. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel at around 4:00 pm.

After enjoying your breakfast at the hotel, your day trip to Ephesus from Pamukkale will begin around 8:00 am with a pick-up from your hotel in Pamukkale. You will proceed to drive to Ephesus with an approximate travel duration of around 2.5 hours (224km) in a private air-conditioned car driven by a private driver. Upon arrival in Ephesus, you will meet your professional English-speaking licensed tour guide.

Start your journey at the visit Artemis Temple, one of the seven ancient wonders of the world built with white marble and dedicated to the Moon God, Artemis. Then we will visit Ancient Ephesus City, which was ruled by Greece and Rome. Inside Ancient Ephesus City, you will see the Temple of Hadrian, a splendid architecture of Roman emperor Hadrian at that time; Celsus Library, the third large library worldwide; Theater and Old Harbor.

Lunch is served in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will continue to the House of Virgin Mary where is said Virgin Mary spent her last life.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Izmir airport for your return flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival, you will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel in Istanbul. This will be the end of our tour and services.
