3-Day Cappadocia Adventure Tour from Istanbul by Flight
Overview
Begin in Istanbul with an early hotel pickup and a short domestic flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir, the start of this three-day Cappadocia adventure. Day one covers North Cappadocia: the fairy chimneys of Devrent Valley, the mushroom-shaped pinnacles of Pasabag Valley, the pottery town of Avanos, the cave churches of the Zelve Open Air Museum, and the rock-cut castles of Uchisar.
Day two follows the southern route, with a roughly 5 km hike through the Red and Rose Valleys, a stop in Cavusin Village, Pigeon Valley, and the Kaymakli Underground City or Ozkonak. The third day is free, with optional horseback riding, before your evening flight back to Istanbul. Lunches and breakfasts are included, and a guide leads both touring days.

Itinerary
Day 1Flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia - Full Day North Cappadocia Tour
You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul around 4:00 am and will be transferred to the domestic airport for your flight from Istanbul to Kayseri or Nevsehir between 6:00 – 7:30 am. Upon arrival at Kayseri or Nevsehir airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Cappadocia. In Cappadocia, you will meet your professional tour guide to begin your full-day tour of North Cappadocia. Your tour will start with a visit to the Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy chimneys. Next, you will visit the Pasabag Valley (Monks Valley) to see the mushroom-shaped pinnacles. After this visit, you will drive to the city of Avanos. After lunch, you will visit the Zelve Open Air Museum in Cappadocia. The museum features a series of carved caves and ancient churches, providing a glimpse into the region’s monastic history. Finally towards the end of the day tour before returning to your hotel, you will be able to visit the natural castles of Uchisar. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cappadocia for check-in.
Optionally, attend a traditional Turkish Night show with dinner.

Day 2Full Day South Cappadocia Tour - Optional Early Morning Hot Air Balloon Ride - Optional Evening ATV Tour
After breakfast at the hotel around 9:30 am, you will be picked up and met by your tour guide to begin your full-day tour of South Cappadocia. Your tour guide will brief you on the day’s activities. Your tour will begin with a visit to the Red Valley where you will be able to explore the famous rock-cut churches and hike approximately 5 km through the Rose Valley (Gulludere Vadisi). Next, you will visit Cavusin Village which is famous for its houses and churches of Christian Clergymen. We will take a break for lunch around noon. After lunch, you will drive to the Pigeon Valley (Guvercinlik Vadisi). In the afternoon you will visit the Kaymakli Underground City or Ozkonak Underground City where early Christians lived. This will be the end of your full-day tour.
Your full-day South Cappadocia tour will end around 4:00 pm. As an option, we highly recommend trying the 2-hour evening ATV tour in Cappadocia.
Option 2: Evening ATV Tour (2 hours) in Cappadocia
Enjoy an off-the-beaten-path ATV (quad) bike Goreme Tour. This will be approximately 2.5 hours long and your ATV will zip through many beautiful hills, fairy chimneys, valleys, dunes, and trails of the Cappadocia landscape. Your tour guide will ride on a separate vehicle and will show you the way to go. The tour includes the use of ATV equipment and pick-up and drop-off transfers.

Day 3Free Day - Optional Horseback Riding Experience - Evening Flight to Istanbul
After breakfast, you will have a free day in Cappadocia. As an option, we highly recommend trying the 2-hour Horseback Riding tour in Cappadocia.
Option: Horseback Riding Experience (2 hours) in Cappadocia
Enjoy riding a horse through the breathtaking valleys of Cappadocia, also known as the ‘Land of beautiful horses. The lunar landscape of Cappadocia with its unusual rock formations is ideal for exploring it on horseback for a truly memorable experience. You may join this 2-hour long tour either starting at 10:00 am or at 1:00 pm. Pick up and drop transfers and equipment such as helmets are included.
Please note that transportation from Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) to your hotel in Istanbul is not included in the tour price.
Horseback Riding Experience including equipment such as helmet: €80.00 per person.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you need to cancel or change your travel dates, you must notify All Istanbul Tours at least 5 days before the tour starts. For a cancellation or date-change request received at least 5 days before the tour starts, the cost of all non-refundable flight and bus tickets will be deducted from the paid balance. For a cancellation or date-change request received less than 5 days before the tour starts, the full amount paid is non-refundable. If a traveler does not appear for the booked service, the reservation is treated as a no-show and the full amount paid is non-refundable.
