
This 6 Days Istanbul, Pamukkale and Antalya Tour is a group trip that begins in Istanbul and travels south through Pamukkale and Antalya before returning. Over six days, you start with a full day visiting Istanbul’s Byzantine and Ottoman landmarks, including Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar.
From there you fly to Denizli for the white travertines of Pamukkale and the ancient city of Hierapolis, then continue to Antalya. A separate day covers the ruins of Perge, the well-preserved theatre at Aspendos, and the seaside town of Side. The package covers breakfasts, several lunches, entry fees, transfers, and licensed local guides throughout.
Upon your arrival at Istanbul New Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökcen Airport (SAW), our team will be waiting for you at the exit of the international line of the Airport, holding a sign with your name written on it. After which, you will be transferred to your hotel.
The afternoon is free for you to spend at leisure. Alternatively, you can join the Night Cruise on the Bosphorus with Dinner & Show.
After your breakfast, around 8:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel to begin a full-day tour of this magnificent city. It includes an official English-speaking guide, tickets, lunch at a central city restaurant, and a visit to the most resplendent monuments that the Ottoman, Byzantine, and Roman empires have handed down to future generations: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet Mosque), Hippodrome (Sultanahmet Square), Topkapi Palace and Historical Grand Bazaar, which houses more than 4000 stores.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at approximately 5:00 pm. The rest of the day will be at leisure.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul around 4:00 am and will be transferred to the domestic airport for your flight from Istanbul to Denizli between 6:00 – 7:30 am. Upon arrival at Denizli Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Pamukkale. In Pamukkale, you will meet your professional tour guide to begin your full-day tour of Pamukkale & Hierapolis.
Around 10:30 am you will visit the first destination of Karahayit to see the Red Spring Waters. After Karahayit we will drive to Pamukkale and begin the visit to the ancient city of Hierapolis around 11:30 am. The highlights of Hierapolis are Necropolis, Roman Baths, Domitian Gate, Latrina, Oil Factory, Frontinious Street, Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium, Theater, Cleopatra’s Ancient Pool. You will also be able to take some photos from the nicest corners of Pamukkale. Around 12:30 pm you will be given some free time for approximately 60 minutes to explore the natural beauties of Pamukkale. As an option, you may choose to swim in the Pamukkale Antique Pools (at your own expense) during this free time. At 1:30 pm you will meet the guide and will get a chance to walk in the middle of the Pamukkale travertines (White Cliffs) from top to down without shoes and socks. At 2:30 pm you will be taken for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch at approximately 3:30 pm, you will visit an Onyx Factory for approximately 30 minutes.
At the end of the tour around approximately 4:00 pm, After the tour, you’ll be transferred to Pamukkale's main bus station. From here you will board the intercity day coach to Antalya (duration 5 hours). Met on arrival & transfer to your hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up from your hotel around 8.00 am. First place you will visit is Perge, which was originally settled by the Hittites around 1500 BC and was one of the largest ancient cities in the Pamphylia region. Then you will depart for the Aspendos Ancient Theatre. This incredibly well preserved ancient theatre was built in the 2nd century A.D., it has a capacity of 15,000 people and it is still being used for festivals and music concerts.
We will have a lunch break at a restaurant on a nearby river then depart for Side (pronounced Seeday). Side is one of the best classical ancient cities in Turkey, it was a port city that served the largest slave market in this region. During Roman times much construction took place in Side including a large theatre, Roman Baths and the Temple of Apollo.
Guests will have 1 hour of free time here to enjoy the sea and the city. You will stop at the Manavgat Waterfall on the way back, then drive back to Antalya where you will be transferred back to your hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel around 9:30 am you will be picked up from your hotel and drive the west side of the city as the first roundtrip tünektepe cable car ride will happen when we reach the top great view of the mediterranean sea and city sight after that heading to düden waterfall will be visiting almost one-hour free time and lunch will be given at waterfall as last place Karpuz kaldiran waterfall will be visited which is where the river is falling to the sea. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Antalya around 4:00 pm.
After breakfast check out of the hotel in Antalya. You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Antalya airport to take your flight to Istanbul. END OF OUR SERVICE and TOURS.
