Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Istanbul, Airport Transfer and Free Day

Upon your arrival at Istanbul New Airport(IST) or Sabiha Gökcen Airport(SAW), our team will be waiting for you at the exit of the international line of the Airport, holding a sign with your name written on it. After which, you will be transferred to your hotel.

The afternoon is free for you to spend at leisure. Alternatively, you can join the Night Cruise on the Bosphorus with Dinner & Show.

Day 2 Istanbul Old City Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, You will be picked up from your hotel at around 8:30 am in the morning to join the full-day Istanbul old city tour. The first stop of today’s Turkey and Egypt tours is Hagia Sophia, a former church that was converted into a mosque during the Ottoman Empire in the 15th century.

Then we will go to visit the opposite Blue Mosque. The mosque’s six minarets demonstrate its supremacy and glory. Next we will visit the Hippodrome and Topkapi Palace, which was the residence of Ottoman Sultans between the 15th and 19th centuries.

After visiting these tourist attractions, the guide will escort you to the bustling Grand Bazaar to experience the life of the locals. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 3Fly to Cappadocia - North Cappadocia Tour

You will be picked up from your hotel for your transfer to the airport to catch your early morning flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir. Upon arrival at Kayseri or Nevsehir airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Cappadocia. In Cappadocia, you will meet your professional tour guide to begin your full-day tour of North Cappadocia. Your tour will start with a visit to the Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy chimneys. Next, you will visit the Pasabag Valley (Monks Valley) to see the mushroom-shaped pinnacles. After this visit, you will drive to the city of Avanos. After lunch, you will visit the Zelve Open Air Museum in Cappadocia. The museum features a series of carved caves and ancient churches, providing a glimpse into the region’s monastic history. Finally towards the end of the day tour before returning to your hotel, you will be able to visit the natural castles of Uchisar. After the tour, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cappadocia for check-in.

Optionally, attend a traditional Turkish Night show with dinner.

Day 4 South Cappadocia Tour - Fly Back to Istanbul

guide will brief you on the day’s activities. Your tour will begin with a visit to the Red Valley where you will be able to explore the famous rock-cut churches and hike approximately 5 km through the Rose Valley (Gulludere Vadisi).

Next, you will visit Cavusin Village which is famous for its houses and churches of Christian Clergymen. We will take a break for lunch around noon. After lunch, you will drive to the Pigeon Valley (Guvercinlik Vadisi). In the afternoon you will visit the Kaymakli Underground City or Ozkonak Underground City where early Christians lived.

This will be the end of your full-day tour. At the end of the tour, you will be taken to either Kayseri or Nevsehir airport for your late evening flight back to Istanbul. Upon arriving in Istanbul, you will be welcomed at the airport and provided with a transfer to your hotel, where you will stay overnight.

Day 5Fly from Istanbul to Amman (Flight Not Included) - Airport Pick-up

After breakfast, you will proceed to Istanbul International Airport to board your international flight to Amman. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our local representatives after exiting the customs and transferred to your hotel in Amman. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy the facilities of your hotel.

Note: International flight tickets are not included in this package. You are responsible for purchasing your own airfare.

Day 6Amman Panoramic City Tour - Jerash - Dead Sea - Amman (B, D) 245 KM

Breakfast then pick up from hotel in Amman. Panoramic tour of the city, known as Philadelphia: a panoramic tour of the city center, downtown with its Roman Theater, Citadel, traditional markets, churches, and mosques, and then head to the new modern city.

Departure to Jerash, one of the most complete and best-preserved cities of the Roman Empire. Visit its streets, theaters, and temples like the temple of Zeus and Artemis, walk the colonnaded street and other significant places, like the oval plaza.

Then transfer to the Dead Sea. It is the lowest point on earth as well as the world’s first natural spa. The Dead Sea is known for the Biblical story of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, in the Old Testament, who were turned into salt.

Free time at the Dead Sea private beach area for a swim and free time to enjoy this unique place to relax. Return to Amman.

Day 7Amman - Wadi Rum - Petra (B, D) 425 KM

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart to visit Wadi Rum and spend two hours exploring its dunes in a 4×4 jeep. Wadi Rum is a uniquely shaped massive mountain that rose amongst the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish, and golden colors.

Enjoy this breathtaking desert with its unlike scenery, not to be missed. Departure to Petra. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8Petra - Amman (B, D) 245 KM

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, and visit Petra, which is one of the world’s Seven Wonders. A city carved in stone more than 2,000 years ago. First, walk the “Siq”, the city’s most dramatic natural feature. Acting as an entrance corridor, the 1-mile (1.5 KM) gorge – lined by looming sandstone cliffs leads to the center of the city.

Pass its final bend and come face-to-face with Petra’s crowning glory the magnificent Treasury, called locally “El-Khazneh”, the building is famous for its colonnaded Hellenistic façade, carved into the cliff face to dramatic effect.

Pose for photos in front of the monument, and then continue your tour of the town, learning about the Nabataeans who built the city. Visit Petra Church – a beautiful structure, re-designed by the Byzantines and then walk around the Royal Tombs, a vast burial site just above the valley floor.

Take a look inside and visit the amphitheater and imagine it in its heyday when some 3,000 people sat inside it. Return to your hotel in Amman.

Day 9Departure from Amman - End of Tour Service

  • Please be advised that the order /sequence in which the daily tours occur within the above day-by-day package tour itinerary can be subject to change depending on the availability of domestic flight tickets per the itinerary, opening/closing of various historical sites, etc.
  • Please note that the Blue Mosque is not open for visitation on Fridays as it is closed for religious prayer services. You will only be able to visit the outside of the Blue Mosque area on tours operated on Fridays. No visitation will be allowed inside the Blue Mosque for tourists on Fridays.
  • Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesday, it will be replaced with the Basilica Cistern (Yerebatan Sarnici).
  • Grand Bazaar is closed on Sunday.
  • During religious holidays, the Spice Market and Grand Bazaar are closed.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel your tour or change your travel dates, please notify us at least 5 days before the tour start date. As this tour includes domestic flights and bus tickets, which are non-refundable, the cost of these tickets will be deducted from your payment and the remaining balance refunded to you. For cancellations or date changes made less than 5 days before the start date, no refund will be issued and the booking will be treated under our no-show policy.

    I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a well-rounded introduction to the history and culture of Turkey and Jordan. Our guides was knowledgeable and passionate about the region, and I felt like I learned a lot while also having plenty of time to explore on my own.
